Gravesham Borough Council sought independent advice on St George’s Shopping Centre, in particular its asset manager’s performance, governance arrangements and the longer-term town centre regeneration opportunity.

Independent thinking applied

The review considered the role of an asset manager, the incumbent manager & wider asset team performance, commercial viability of the asset, planning context, client aspiration, governance, reporting, tenant mix, consumer marketing, asset enlivenment & activation and regeneration potential. Recommendations supported short, medium and longer-term decision-making.
